1. How will I receive my orders?

Currently, we are sending out our items by self-collection only. Once order and payment is received, we will proceed with your order and arrange to meet you for collection. Eve will arrange a time and place to meet you at each other's convenience.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

You can transfer the money via Internet Banking or ATM transfer directly to our POSB savings account. You will be informed of the account number once you send us an email for your order.
You can also pay by cash to Eve during self-collection.

3. Is there a shipping fee?

No. We shipped all items to Eve at our own cost and you save some money by self-collection.
